This is a remote position available for candidates residing anywhere in Australia.

Position Summary

As the Client Onboarding Project Manager (OPM), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding experience for Rimini Street's clients across all product lines. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Client Onboarding (GCO), you will lead the timely completion of onboarding project plans, engaging with both clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include developing onboarding plans, identifying risks, and providing solutions to ensure client satisfaction. As a trusted advisor, you will foster improvement and innovation in the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure successful, timely onboarding of client projects.
• Lead internal teams in executing onboarding processes and meeting deliverable deadlines.
• Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Support pre-sales client onboarding efforts for the sales team.
• Adhere to defined ISO processes throughout the onboarding tasks.
• Maintain project updates in Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, and other internal systems.
• Manage communications and escalations between Rimini Street and Client Executives during onboarding.
• Deliver detailed status reports to internal management teams regularly.
• Strive for excellent client satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey.
• Facilitate client referenceability upon project completion.
• Propose and implement onboarding improvements and innovations.
• Expected local onsite travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification is preferred.
• SAP or Oracle Implementation and/or relevant technical certifications are desirable.

Experience

• 15+ years of consulting or project management experience, specifically with SAP or Oracle enterprise applications or Oracle Database, emphasizing strong client management and sales experience.
• 5+ years in ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management.
• 10+ years of experience in C-Level executive communication and relationship management.
• In-depth project management experience, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• A background in technical consulting is preferred.
