Technical/Functional Skills

1. Candidate should have a good knowledge of Oracle Integrations (Inbound & Outbound)

2. Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Extracts (Outbounds) as well as Inbound Jobs

3. Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS

4. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.

5. Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.

Experience Required
• Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
• Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
• Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
