Location: Southeastern U.S. Region (Hybrid)

Description:
• The Junior Software Engineer will become part of a fast-paced and collaborative development team, contributing to the design, creation, and ongoing enhancement of reliable software solutions.
• This position is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about software development and eager to expand their skillset in a nurturing and innovative environment.
• Responsibilities include assisting in coding tasks, collaborating with team members across functions, participating in quality assurance, and staying up to date on emerging industry practices.

Required Skills:
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development, or equivalent experience through internships or personal projects
• Familiarity with general-purpose programming languages commonly used in application development
• Understanding of front-end technologies and experience using version control platforms
• Basic knowledge of databases and query structuring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to quickly adapt to evolving tools and environments
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to product development
• Flexibility to travel occasionally throughout the year for team or stakeholder events

Desired Skills:
• Exposure to modern development tools or frameworks
• Experience participating in agile software development cycles
• Interest in learning new technologies and continuously refining development practices

Compensation:
Pay Range: $56000K-$80000K
