Press Brake Setup Technician

- Perform complete setup and tooling changes on Amada press brakes of various sizes
- Read and interpret blueprints to configure machine setups based on job specifications
- Measure mark and prepare raw materials for machining
- Load and unload materials tools and parts for production
- Clean up/maintenance on machines
- Utilize both American and European tooling, ensuring precision and accuracy with each setup

- Minimum 5 years of press brake setup and tooling experience
- Must understand bend deductions, stretch outs, and forming principles
- Prefer candidates who bring their own hand tools, calipers, squares, and protractors (will be calibrated in shop)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of Amada press brake operation and setup procedures
- Ability to work independently on second shift in a fast-paced fabrication environment
