Client Account Coordinator

As a Client Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of accounts and enhancing client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Work: Gather, sort, organize, and record data, information, and documents effectively.
- Completing Enrollments: Analyze and audit documents, tapes, and transmissions, while troubleshooting and resolving processing issues.
- Coordinating Mailings: Organize and develop plans for successful conversion mailings.
- Providing Information: Collect, analyze, and summarize information to respond to client requests.
- Resolving Complaints: Investigate complaints, compose responses, and refer complex issues to legal or government affairs when necessary.
- Maintaining Quality Service: Monitor service standards and communicate potential issues to supervisors.
- Preparing Reports: Collect and analyze data for insightful reports.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry-related knowledge through educational opportunities.
- Enhancing Reputation: Take ownership of new requests and explore ways to add value to your accomplishments.
