Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Our HVAC Install Leads can earn over $100k with Crew Pay + Warranty Bonus Potential. If your hourly rate exceeds your crew pay for the week- then you will be paid your hours worked- ensuring you get whatever is best for you that week What You'll Do: Consistently represent yourself as a professional and as "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business.Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment.Educate customers on their equipment.Properly run metal/duct board trunk lines, PVC flues, and b-vent metal flues.Set new furnaces, air handlers, and outdoor equipment.install and troubleshoot equipment (humidifiers, UV lights, return drops, filter racks, four-piece duct board transitions and metal transitions, etc.).Check charges, fire off, set up, and troubleshoot new equipment.Other duties as assigned What You'll Need: Proven Track Record in Heating and Cooling Systems2+ years of HVAC Install Experience Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team.EPA Certification High School Diploma/GED Want to join a company that puts people first?
