Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Operations Program Analyst to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley, MO

The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop, plan, lead and direct projects including feasibility, constraints, processes, schedule, cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports the development of program schedule and/or manufacturing plans, etc
Coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company and product deliveries
Identifies long lead parts and activities, special tooling and technology changes
Analyzes data to make recommendations that drive decisions for projects or processes
Supports business unit level operating plans
Provides analysis of production rates and production development initiatives
Performs production proposal activities
Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts
Participates on cross-functional teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency
Works under general supervision

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years' experience with Lean principals and experience with process optimization methodologies
3+ years' experience developing and analyzing large quantities of data using Excel
3+ years' experience observing, collecting, and analyzing data in a manufacturing environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to compile and present reports of a technical nature
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and present to cross-functional partners, including senior and/or executive leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Experience on the F-15 program
Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $85,850 - $116,150 USD
