Pay Range- $ 450,000- 650000 Annual
Position Overview:
A well-established, physician-owned dermatology practice located near Ithaca, NY is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity for both new graduates and experienced dermatologists looking to practice in a flexible, patient-focused environment with the autonomy that private practice provides.

Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $350,000 $650,000+ annually
- Guaranteed base salary plus productivity bonus (Year 1)
- Straight percentage of collections (Subsequent years)
- Flexible 4 4.5 day workweek
- Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- No call or weekend responsibilities
- General Dermatology (bread and butter cases)
- Optional expansion into Cosmetic Dermatology and MOHS Surgery
- Optional teaching opportunities with medical students/residents
- Modern, purpose-built dermatology facility
