Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support design and drafting efforts using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
- Conduct site visits, field inspections, and data collection as needed.
- Assist with permitting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with clients and agencies.
- Participate in internal project meetings and collaborate with other disciplines.
- Support project managers in project delivery, including budgeting and scheduling tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering or related field
- EIT certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred.
- Exposure to relevant software such as MicroStation, HEC-RAS, or stormwater modeling tools preferred
