Work Schedule: M-F - 8am -5pm

Job Description:

Traveling to customer sites to repair IT equipment • Excellent customer service skills, exceptional break fix knowledge • overall years of experience should this person have Prefer 4 or more .miles per day will the contractor be driving ~ 30 to 100 •
IT field tech with exceptional customer service skills and ability to repair printers, laptops, desktops, POS and network equipment.
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
