As a Retail Stocking and Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering in-store merchandising support tailored to the needs of shoppers. Your responsibilities will include constructing displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and managing inventory to ensure that both stores and suppliers can maximize sales opportunities. About you:

  • Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation for daily work commutes.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
  • A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Committed to performing job duties with a strong emphasis on safety within a retail setting.
