As a Retail Merchandise Specialist, you will play a key role in providing essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring consumers' needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building attractive displays and end caps to highlight products.
  • Resetting shelves and rotating products to optimize inventory.
  • Tracking stock levels to help stores and suppliers seize sales opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and outgoing manner.
  • Is at least 18 years old.
  • Can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Has reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
  • Is a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results.
  • Can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team.
  • Understands the importance of performing job responsibilities with a safety-first approach in a retail environment.
