Position

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Burley, ID area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Burleyand surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced technicians but are willing to train the right person for entry-level roles too.

Essential Job Duties
  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing options to solve unusual problems
  • Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Qualifications
  • Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
