Job Description

HKA is working on behalf of Jacobs, and this role is to support Jacobs' work through HKA

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour DOE

Here's What Is Need:

  • High School degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated history of Project Admin/Document Control experience in some or most of the following markets: consumer products, pulp & paper, foundry, power & utilities, grains, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, and warehouse data distribution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Document Control principles and methods including, but not limited to: EDMS Structure set-up and implementation, Work Package Sequencing, Delivery Execution and Reporting, Submittal management and Turnover
Ideally, you'll also have:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with project management, other project leads, and the client.
  • Ability to identify potential problems and elevate these to the appropriate level(s) of management.
  • Ability to perform presentations to Jacobs management team and clients.
  • Thorough planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience in ProjectWise, SharePoint and Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Schedule regular meetings and record decisions
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to re-prioritize tasks
