What You'll Do

  • Accurately complete data entry projects

  • Compile and track accounting information and documents

  • Prepare financial documents for processing which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card transactions, and/or time entry

  • Record and properly classify financial transactions in accounting system

  • Communicate and confirm information with the appropriate business leaders

  • Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems

  • Run reports as required

  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

What You'll Have

  • Associates Degree in Business (accounting, finance, managment)

  • 3+ year of general accounting and administration experience

  • Tech savvy skills to quickly learn new computer applications and software

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
