Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is hiring for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). This position will support our kids who are in residential care with us in both Columbus and Washington Court House, Ohio. Job Description: * Candidates must be current local/Ohio residents * Seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support children in residential care in Columbus and Washington Court House, Ohio. * The Ranch of Opportunity in Washington Court House provides a peaceful environment for girls aged 13 to 17 to undergo a 6-8 month trauma-focused residential treatment program. * The Heritage of Hannah Neil in Columbus offers residential services for children who have experienced trauma, prioritizing respect, compassion, and dignity. * The PMHNP collaborates as a key member of the team, providing psychiatric services to children and adolescents in care. * This role works directly under the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, ensuring high-quality psychiatric support. * Teamwork and client care are emphasized in all aspects of the role. * Electronic Medical Records are managed through CareLogic. * A 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with five working days required. * The work schedule involves travel between Columbus and Washington Court House, with mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate. * Minimal on-call responsibilities are included. * Watch our video '60 Years of Hope' * Eastway informational brochure attached in 'Practice Description' document * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP in an inpatient mental health environment is required. * Candidates moving forward must be willing to travel on-site for an initial interview (travel expenses to be reimbursed through Eastway) * Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position. * Not accepting Locums candidates * Not accepting visa candidates Compensation and Benefits: * Salary range: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (to be discussed at interview) * Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * 401(k) including company match * Employee Assistance Program * Tuition reimbursement * Board Certified PMHNP - REQUIRED * OH license in-hand - REQUIRED * Provider is a current local/Ohio resident - REQUIRED * At least 1 year of work experience as PMHNP in inpatient mental health environment (not including training or RN experience) (note in 'Experience' field) - REQUIRED * Is provider willing to travel to both Columbus and Washington Court House locations?
