As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch quality and customer experience, managing talent performance, and overseeing financial operations. Collaborating with the Senior Operations Leader, Operations Director, and Kitchen Director, you will uphold our standards of operational excellence, backed by support from our Talent, Training, Finance, and Marketing Directors, along with our Owner-Operator.

Your core responsibilities will include serving guests, anticipating their needs, and providing insightful recommendations while leading and supporting your team. You’ll ensure that our staff delivers the exceptional Chick-fil-A hospitality our guests expect, all while monitoring the restaurant's financial performance.

The ideal candidate for an Operations Manager position will be reliable, accommodating, courteous, hardworking, and friendly, aiming for complete guest satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Opening or closing the restaurant
  • Managing guest compliments and complaints
  • Encouraging, coaching, and leading team members during your shift
  • Ensuring compliance with company operational standards
  • Upholding safety and health regulations
  • Overseeing cash management
  • Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
