Applicants must be IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. If you hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team, this may be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Provide Legendary Customer Service
- Communicate with customers and walk them through the entire project before beginning.
- Providing estimates and closing projects.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
- Eager to learn and acquire new skills and develop professionally
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission and additional incentives.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
