Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 55K-70K

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support
  • Servicing accounts in every aspect (billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc)
  • Experience with Home, Auto, Umbrella,etc and knowledge of major carriers and non-standard
  • Full knowledge of insurance products, coverages and rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and service the policies of clients and/or prospects.
  • Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates
  • This position is in office
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in personal lines insurance
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Customer focused mindset with a problem solving attitude
  • Profciency in AMS360
