Description

Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is a trusted regional provider of skilled trade services, supporting commercial new construction, tenant improvements, and remodel projects. We also deliver reliable 24/7 emergency service and proactive preventive maintenance for our clients. We're seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service, without the pressure of selling plumbing jobs. This position offers flexible scheduling options (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday), a two-week paid training period, and annual performance reviews. You'll be provided with a company vehicle and gas card, with the convenience of starting your day from home location.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of recent experience in commercial plumbing service and repair and is ready to join a team that values skill, reliability, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, customer-focused service
  • Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
  • Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
  • Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
  • Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
  • Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
  • Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
  • Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
Requirements
  • Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
  • Valid driver license with no more than two points or driving restrictions on the driving record
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication

$35 to $45 per hour DOE
