We are currently on a hunt for a
Director of Nursing to join our team in Jersey City.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be responsible for development and implementation of nursing objectives, a nurse staffing plan, participation in the annual budget and financial objectives,quality assurance plan for nursing services.
- You provide nursing services in accordance with the New Jersey Board of Nursing requirements.
- Having the strong knowledge of geriatric care issues and related nursing standards and creates a work environment that fosters teamwork and ongoing educational activities.
- You have NJ RN Licensure.
- You have 5+ years of Nurse Management experience in a nursing home or community-based setting or long term care.
- You are expertise in developing, maintaining a department of quality assurance and good knowledge of current NJ Home Health policies.
