Position Summary:

At Divine Steps Therapy, we are dedicated to implementing ABA therapy practices to help individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) thrive. We are seeking passionate individuals who find joy in aiding children to achieve important life milestones. As a therapist, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders, following intervention plans directed by a behavior analyst. We offer comprehensive training and support from an experienced team of clinical supervisors and managers committed to your personal and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Successful background screening and clearance are mandatory.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

  • Current RBT Certification from BACB is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings to enhance their behaviors and help them acquire new skills.

  • Implement individualized ABA programs as specified in treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA or qualified health professional.

  • Accurately document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and submitting timesheets.

  • Engage in supervision sessions and attend team meetings regularly.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

  • Salary for Part-time: $28-$32 Per Hour

Schedule:

  • Available shifts: Monday to Friday (Morning, Afternoon, Evening)

  • Weekend availability is also welcome.

Education:

  • Valid RBT Certification (Required)
