Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager within our Residential Division to join our team. This position will be located in our Brea, Ca location.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for branch-based bonus or commission opportunities, which are influenced by factors such as years of experience, performance, and existing customer relationships.

Function:

The Branch Manager will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the operational and sales performance of the branch. You will spearhead efforts to drive sales growth, ensure profitability, and lead the professional development of branch personnel. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Southern California locations and to be part of a dynamic and growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set and achieve branch financial goals
• Responsible for total branch performance.
• Responsible for all branch operations, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction, finances, and employee management.
• Create and execute the branch business plan.
• Ensure store profitability, manage and develop branch personnel.
• Plan, implement and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions and vision.
• Provide a safe and productive work environment for all staff
• Provide sound leadership for the branch.
• Other duties assigned by the VP of Sales and the President.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Solid understanding of branch operations, including financial management.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to create, organize, and execute strategic business plans effectively.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience is required.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the industry.
• Familiarity with industry products and services.
• Proficiency in Eclipse Solar and other related systems.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to navigate construction sites and other work environments as needed.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting of heavier items.
