As a technician, you will be trained to provide exceptional customer service while introducing customers to the latest smart home technology. Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You will interact with customers in their homes, addressing issues, and guiding them in using smart home technology.

• Install and maintain DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on using their technology and suggest additional services as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and a tidy work area while effectively collaborating with your team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to travel as needed and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to climb ladders (up to 40 feet), lift up to 70 lbs, and adhere to a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: Establish trust and create outstanding customer experiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address a variety of challenges promptly.
• Determination: Capable of working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
• Adaptability: Ease in handling changes and unexpected tasks.

This position is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening, including a drug test and a satisfactory driving record. Compensation may vary based on hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
