Senior Data Analyst with a Strong CPQ SAP/Solomon experience for a fully remote, contract opportunity with a great client. SAP AI is highly preferred.
Job Description:
Lead Data Analyst reporting to the Director of Advance Client Services. The candidate will work on varying tasks surrounding recurring monthly revenue (RMR) efforts. The selected consultant will analyze the organization's current business RMR processes and data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiencies as well as missed revenue. Experience with Solomon CRM and SAP packages utilizing CPQ tools. The candidate should possess the ability to propose data-driven solutions to enhance decision-making by developing and documenting process and communicate findings to executives to implement effective changes.
- Key responsibilities may include:Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
- Data analysis: Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Process modeling: Develop and document current and future state business process models.
- Solution design: Propose and design technical and process solutions to address business needs.
- Communication: Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Implementation support: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and align with business goals.
- Candidates must be articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication to convey information effectively
- Candidates must have proven Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders
- MUST HAVE Proficiency with CPQ data analysis tools, SAP and Solomon business intelligence platforms
- Experience with AI - Preferred
- Experience as a Functional Business Analyst: Focuses on specific business functions like sales, marketing, or finance
- Experience as a Systems Business Analyst: Analyzes business processes related to IT systems and applications
- Data Analyst: Primarily focused on data analysis and visualization
