Front Desk Associate - Family Life Center (Fitness Facility)
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at the Family Life Center. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests-representing both our fitness facility and our church with a welcoming and professional presence.
Shifts Available
- Open: 5:45 AM - 11:00 AM
- Mid: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Close: 4:00 PM - 9:15 PM
- Warmly greet and assist members and guests
- Monitor check-ins and provide information about the gym and church as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Proactively identify and address areas that need attention (cleaning, restocking, resetting)
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction
- Reliable and punctual with scheduled shifts
- Proficient in data entry and ability to learn a new software
