Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated Personal Trainers to deliver customized programming and top-tier customer service to our clients. Enjoy a dynamic work environment where your efforts can drastically impact others' lives

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a client base through effective fitness assessments and demonstrate the importance of personal training.
  • Create tailored fitness programs to meet client goals and needs.
  • Conduct goal setting, regular follow-ups, body composition testing, and re-assessments to retain clientele.
  • Assist in revenue-generating activities such as complimentary workouts and workshops.
  • Meet monthly revenue targets established by the company.
  • Exhibit strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ensure the proper use of all fitness equipment.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Promote the Live Fit Gym brand through effective social media marketing.
  • Comply with city and state COVID-19 guidelines.
  • Adapt quickly to changes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Over 1 year of sales and personal training experience.
  • Accredited Personal Training Certification or a 4-year degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Solid understanding of human movement principles.
  • Ability to safely operate fitness equipment.
  • Experience in self-promotion and networking.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • CPR/AED certification from a recognized provider.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Personal training certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $36 - $50 hourly rate with earning potential exceeding $100,000, including commissions and bonuses.
  • Guaranteed full-time hours starting at 32+ per week.

Locations: We are particularly seeking Personal Trainers to work at our Castro, Fairmont, Hayes, and Nob Hill locations.
