About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Professional In this exciting position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth store operations. Be a part of a fast-paced environment where you will efficiently manage freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and managing stockroom tasks and omni-channel fulfillment.

  • Restock the sales floor as needed, taking into account sales trends and seasonal demands.

  • Engage with customers by welcoming them and providing assistance with products and services, enhancing their shopping experience.

  • Implement product protection standards to ensure the safety and security of merchandise.

  • Assist in training new team members on standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures, as directed by management.

  • Use good judgment and consider appropriate partners when making decisions.

  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating needs, and effectively resolving any issues.

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Strong customer service skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal skills.

  • No prior retail experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

  • Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $25.65
