HERS Advisors have partnered with a large, full-service law firm who are looking for an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to work in their West Los Angeles, California office (hybrid). The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will support various aspects of attorney recruiting and hiring initiatives for summer associates and associates.

Requirements for Attorney Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of prior law firm experience in attorney recruiting and onboarding summer associates.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of firm personnel, establish effective working relationships throughout the firm and react to challenging situations appropriately.
  • Experience with viDesktop is a plus.
