Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding Guest experiences.
  • Set an example and hold Team Members accountable to our operational and quality standards.
  • Identify issues and be self-reflective, taking accountability and showing transparency.
  • Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
  • Influence Team Member behaviors by advocating for change and restaurant initiatives.
  • Lead with both heart and intellect.
  • Drive business results by efficiently managing costs using Chili's systems.
  • Adhere to our operational processes, including our Manager Timeline and completing quality Line Checks.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and develop Team Members for greater responsibilities.
  • Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and build relationships within the community.
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
  • Embody and communicate Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.

The salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 yearly.
