Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding Guest experiences.
- Set an example and hold Team Members accountable to our operational and quality standards.
- Identify issues and be self-reflective, taking accountability and showing transparency.
- Encourage open communication between Team Members and Management.
- Influence Team Member behaviors by advocating for change and restaurant initiatives.
- Lead with both heart and intellect.
- Drive business results by efficiently managing costs using Chili's systems.
- Adhere to our operational processes, including our Manager Timeline and completing quality Line Checks.
- Recruit, train, retain, and develop Team Members for greater responsibilities.
- Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and build relationships within the community.
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
- Embody and communicate Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, Play Restaurant.

The salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 yearly.
