Bilingual Sleep Support Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Bilingual Sleep Support Specialists. In this role, you will make outbound calls to assist patients with CPAP supply reorders, while also promoting and selling vital CPAP equipment. Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships and ensuring patient satisfaction, retention, and compliance through effective outreach. Hours & Location

  • This is a remote, full-time position, requiring 40+ hours of work each week.
  • Candidates must reside in Georgia, Alabama, or Tennessee.
  • All necessary equipment will be shipped to you before your start date.

Pay

  • Starting pay is $13 per hour.
  • After 90 days of successful performance, your pay will increase to $15 per hour.
  • After one year, your pay will increase to $16 per hour.

Bilingual Allowance

  • You will receive an additional $3 per hour for bilingual capabilities applied to all recorded working hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quarterly outreach to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders, aiming for a 50% reorder rate while ensuring compliance and satisfaction.
  • Encourage sales of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters, targeting 80% of orders to include a mask and 75% to include seals.
  • Implement strategies to assess and enhance patient usage and satisfaction, maximizing engagement in the S3 program.
  • Maintain updated patient records, verifying insurance details for accuracy.
  • Exhibit professionalism by promptly returning voicemails and adhering to high standards of phone etiquette.
  • Navigate the ordering platform efficiently while following client-specific procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals.

Required Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.

Job Expectations

  • Availability for additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Comply with security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company and client information.
  • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
