We're looking for a Medical Social Worker who wants flexibility, purpose, and the chance to truly make a difference.
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality, compassionate social services to patients in their homes
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to ensure seamless care
Support patients and families through illness, recovery, and life transitions
What You'll Need
Master's Degree in Social Work (from an accredited program)
Licensed Social Worker (per Indiana state regulations)
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (home care or hospice is a plus)
A heart for service, strong communication skills, and a professional, caring attitude
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes
Position Options
Part-Time: Minimum 20 hours/week, includes benefits
Contingent/As-Needed: Flexible schedule, no benefits
