Job Responsibilities- Providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities
- Monitoring residents' conditions and keeping the nursing team informed
- Tracking and documenting residents' vital signs
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment through sanitation and linen changes
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and daily living activities
- Repositioning and transporting residents as necessary
- Facilitating communication between staff, residents, and family members
- Regularly engaging with residents to address their needs
- Following care plans and adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Current Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of nursing care protocols and medical terminology
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs minimum
