About the Opportunity
A growing mechanical services company in Indianapolis is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their skilled service team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work for commercial clients such as restaurants, hospitals, and other large facilities that rely on efficient heating, cooling, and kitchen systems.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and system performance checks
- Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, timelines, and follow-ups
- Order and install necessary parts; complete follow-up service visits as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Uphold all safety standards and company protocols
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical technician experience
- Hands-on experience with chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, fans, ovens, and large refrigeration units
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to travel locally using a company-provided vehicle
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused demeanor
