What does a typical day entail?

  • Understanding and addressing customers' unique needs by recommending suitable ACE products and services.
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically with customers to build trust.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to create lasting relationships.
  • Managing various services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services.
  • Prioritizing accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to industry regulations and safety guidelines.

We are searching for Sales Associates with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently while being accountable for overall store performance. Your ability to build trust with customers through active listening, effective communication, and empathy is essential for delivering exceptional service. A sound understanding of ACE's diverse financial products and services is necessary. Two or more years of retail experience is advantageous, and proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in many of our markets. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Travel Requirements: Local travel may be necessary, occasionally visiting more than one store per day.

Physical Demands: Employees will need to stand for extended periods and engage in activities such as sitting, walking, reaching, stooping, and effective verbal communication. A clear ability to see at both close and distant ranges is required, along with the capability to lift/move up to 25 lbs as needed. The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined area is also a requirement, subject to state-specific labor laws.
