• Provide advanced neonatal care across three premier hospitals (all within a 30-minute drive)

• Rotate through Level III and Level IV NICUs with access to cutting-edge technology and collaborative care models

• Attend deliveries, perform neonatal resuscitations, and manage critically ill neonates

• Work 24-hour shifts at Level III facilities and 10-16-hour day/night shifts at the Level IV center

• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities

• 3 dynamic hospital settings for a well-rounded clinical experience

• No call required - dedicated shifts only

• Master's (or Doctorate) in Nursing - required

• Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - required

• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (RN experience not counted)

• Florida license or eligibility to obtain - required
