Cloud Platform Engineer

Apex Systems is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to support a USCIS distributed processing and hosting platforms, including Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI), virtualization, and edge computing.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and modifying unified computing platforms and virtualization environments.
- Supporting hardware installations, upgrades, and relocations.
- Performing operational changes for disaster recovery and data integrity.
- Assisting with Tier 4 troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborating with engineering teams for architecture analysis and platform optimization.
- Ensuring compliance with security protocols and operational standards
