Compensation: $83,000annually (RN)

$68,000annually (LPN)

Critical Care in a Post-Acute Setting.

Remember the days whenelective surgeries, acute medical episodes, chronic pain all treated through ahospital stay? Today, they sometimes are, but not withoutcomplications or comorbidities.

Understanding the post-acutecare needs of our seniors is our specialty. Our Medical Directorand APRN support us with daily presence on the floors. We invest inequipment and people to assure proper diagnosis and treatment of those age-relateddiagnosis. We have uncommon staffing patterns for a skilled nursingfacility. Creating this position is a perfect example. We arehiring an Unit Manager to support the subacute & LTC units with newadmissions. Very likely, you will be the first point of contact fornew admissions.

You will set the stage for the rehab stay.

Your experience allows forcritical thinking skills necessary to establish care delivery. Understanding diagnostics is the foundation for the plan ofcare. We will trust and rely on your clinical acumen to drive both.

Our facility is 5 miles fromthe hospital. The only difference between their last day in the hospitaland the first day with us is the patient's ride in the ambulance. The care needs do not change. Your advanced clinical skills willsuccessfully bridge the gap between locations. By your direction,nurses are prepared to treat, and the patient/families eagerly participate intheir recovery.
