Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals.
- Lead clinic staff in providing excellent patient care and ensure professional services.
- Discuss and review patients' medical histories, symptoms, and current medications.
- Formulate accurate diagnoses by asking situation-specific questions.
- Engage with clinical leadership to elevate patient care and resolve concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient charts.
- Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by supervising physicians.
- Deliver patient care through in-patient and virtual platforms, focusing on safety and reliable information.
- Comply with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Manage a queue of telehealth patients for timely follow-up.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
- Conduct monthly meetings with supervising physicians and attend required training sessions.
- Assist in training new employees by providing mentoring and support.
- Consistently build positive relationships with clients and coworkers to maintain a welcoming work environment.
Additional Requirements
- On-call responsibilities may be required periodically.
- New Grad: Up to 1 year experience; Level 2: 1-5 years; Level 3: 5-10 years; Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, such as in Family Medical Practice or Urgent Care.
- Active license and DEA required for all providers.
- DOT certification is necessary for Full-Time and Part-Time Providers within 120 days of employment.
