Join Our Team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to work with a franchisee of Taco Bell. Please note that if hired, you will be directly employed by the franchisee, an independent business owner who sets their own wage and benefit programs.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by effectively managing shifts and handling essential administrative responsibilities. In the absence of the RGM, you will lead the team to ensure that our restaurant consistently meets Taco Bell’s high standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring Team Members, Team Member Trainers, and Shift Leads complete their assigned duties and deliver safe, quality food in a friendly environment.
- Assisting the RGM with facility maintenance and the hiring and development of great Team Members and Shift Leads.
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
