Job Title: Data Entry AssociateOverview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to support our customer service team by accurately entering and managing claims data. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys independent work, demonstrates strong accuracy, and can collaborate with team members when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter all claims data for each candidate.

  • Handle 5-10 phone calls daily to resolve issues with insurance providers.

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to support operational needs.

  • Match invoices to the correct patient and insurance provider at the end of each day.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in data entry, customer service, and order entry.

  • 1 year of data entry claims experience (preferred).

  • 2 years of professional data entry experience in a healthcare or medical device environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.
