Day to day as a Quick Lane Service AdvisorAs an Automotive Service Advisor at Phil Long Ford of Motor City, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day will kick off with a warm greeting for each customer, as you listen attentively to their vehicle concerns and describe necessary services for routine maintenance.
