Oracle Creative Labs is Oracle's innovation hub for building a suite next generation solution that empower animation, vfx, live action and game development studios to migrate their production pipelines to the cloud. We're reimagining how digital media is created, managed, and delivered-offering a variety of services and AI enabled solutions.

We're seeking a passionate and inventive Principal Data Scientist to join our Creative Labs team. You'll work at the intersection of technology and creative production, helping us unlock insights from datasets generated by media workflows. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology by leveraging Image, Video and Text Generative models and neural networks.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Participate in-depth research on Media related AI domains such as computer vision, Generative AI, Transformers, diffusion models, and other emerging approaches.

• Design, develop, and train models that meet the highest quality standards for visual fidelity. Propose hypothesis, design, and conduct experimentation to validate them for business use case.

• Prepare detailed reports and comparative analysis of models and pipelines.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into usable workflows and services.

• Analyze large-scale datasets from animation, rendering, and asset management pipelines to uncover trends and inefficiencies.

• Identify new opportunities for adding value to the media content creation process and its component workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven features into cloud services.

• Package and deploy AI models and pipelines as prototype services and support engineering in commercial deployment#LI-LD1

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
