We are seeking a seasoned and confident Director of Nursing for a large, high-acuity skilled nursing facility backed by a highly reputable operator. This building is fast-paced and clinically complex - ideal for a strong DON who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys leading a capable clinical leadership team.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership success as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment
  • Experience managing a high-volume building with diverse acuity levels
  • Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable
  • Track record of driving quality outcomes and survey readiness
  • Collaborative leadership style - able to thrive with strong corporate support
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a large nursing team across multiple clinical departments
  • Maintain high clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and QAPI excellence
  • Drive staffing, training, and development initiatives
  • Develop and sustain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
  • Partner closely with the Administrator and senior support teams
  • Manage budget, staffing strategies, and clinical improvement plans
