ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency opened in July 2021 and has grown to a team of five passionate, hard-working individuals who love what they do. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a health tech startup in NYC, spent a year teaching abroad in Thailand, and began my insurance career as a team member in my dad's agency. I hold a Marketing B.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, and insurance runs deep in my family-eight of us, including my dad and sister, are agents.

We believe there are only wins and growth opportunities. Our team is like a family, and we treat our customers the same way. We pride ourselves on delivering a superior, white-glove customer experience while keeping our culture friendly, down-to-earth, and fun. Transparency and integrity guide everything we do. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. We participate in the township Trunk or Treat, host adopt-a-pet awareness events with the local shelter, and lead fire prevention safety week events with the fire department at a local school. I also founded The Local Fix Foundation, and now actively support organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Physicians for Peace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sasha Buerano - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
