Join our exciting new hotel team We are looking for a full-time Night Auditor & Operations Specialist to ensure smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift. Openings are estimated for January 2026, with a start date in December.

Job Details:

  • Location: Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Riverside Perris, 19310 Harvill Ave, Perris, California, United States, 92570
  • Schedule: Full Time, Evening Shift, Overnight Shift
  • Pay Range: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
  • Weekly Pay, Benefits Included

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges, running night audit backup, and rolling the date.
  • Process all payment types: room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
  • Generate adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
  • Maintain emergency contingency lists for guest records.
  • Sell available accommodations to guests without reservations.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake-up call requests, and relay guest messages.
  • Complete Room Rate Variance Reports.
  • Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and manage room key activation or reissuance.
  • Secure bank and balance receipts as per Accounting specifications at the end of your shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring materials are ready for use.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
  • Provide exceptional guest service that aligns with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
