Job Title: Software Design Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA - Fully Remote
Pay Range: $39.67 - $43.68 on Experis W2
What's the Job?
- Develop and optimize large-scale AI systems and research knowledge reasoning platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine user requirements
- Design and implement reasoning operations, data structures, and high-level reasoning programs
- Build and deploy indexes using NoSQL, Graph, and ML Vector databases
- Integrate telemetry data to monitor AI performance and reliability, using insights to enhance product quality
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical engineering with coding skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- Experience with cloud development, especially in Azure
- At least 1+ year of experience building and deploying LLM applications or RAG systems
- Strong understanding of large systems software development and support
- Minimum 2+years' experience with technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to Python, C#, or TypeScript.
- Minimum 2+years' experience with building & deploying one or more of the following: LLM application development, RAG (retrieval augmented generation) systems.
