Lube Technician - Join a Winning Team

Are you ready to start or grow your career in the automotive industry? Meineke Car Care Center in Westchase is hiring Lube Technicians who are reliable, motivated, and ready to perform top-quality work. We're looking for people who take pride in their performance and are eager to grow into advanced Technician or Service Advisor roles.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service
  • Greet customers with a smile within 10 feet-make every visit a positive experience
  • Represent the Meineke brand with a clean appearance and friendly attitude
Vehicle Inspections & Services
  • Perform complete inspections following Meineke procedures (in 15 minutes or less)
  • Accurately document all findings using our inspection tools
  • Communicate inspection results with the Service Advisor or Manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and respect customer vehicles like they're your own
Shop Maintenance
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Maintain your toolbox and tools
  • Assist with cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance
Training & Development
  • Stay current on new vehicle technologies and procedures
  • Participate in regular training and certification opportunities
  • Work with management to pursue growth into technician or advisor roles
Other Duties
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures
  • Be a team player-help where needed
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
