Job Highlights:

  • Location: Aurora St Luke's Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
  • Shift: Evening Shift, Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Pay Range: $26.10 - $39.15 per hour
  • $10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Available with relocation options
  • $2,000 SIGN-ON Bonus for PM Shifts

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring a clean and safe environment for optimal patient care by utilizing aseptic surgical techniques.
  • Preparing materials, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures, while anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
  • Setting up and maintaining the operating room, including handling and operating various equipment as needed.
  • Functioning as a Second Assistant when necessary and notifying staff of equipment issues.
  • Transporting patients and equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers within 6 months of hire.
  • No prior experience required, but knowledge of surgical techniques and equipment is preferred.
