Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment throughout the facility to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all facility equipment.
- Work with industrial automation equipment and components, including motors, pumps, drives, servos, relays, and 3-phase power.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and repairs.
- Preventive maintenance and familiarity with 3-phase power.
- Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and control systems.
- Ability to perform HVAC tasks, maintenance repairs, and installations.
- Corrugated industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Class 2B Boilers License preferred but not required.
- Competitive pay with monthly cash bonuses (10%-21%) based on plant performance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
- Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance.
